Hi,I would like to hear from anyone who has any experience of working with school age children (5-18) and running Participatory Development activities. I work with a charity that aims to help Peruvian children living in extreme poverty (mainly with educational support), but have noted that we never actually listen to the children themselves and I want to change this. Graduated in 2007 from UEA (UK) with Masters in Social Development. Since been volunteering in Peru, firstly in the aftermath of the huge earthquake in 2007 and now in my current role. I'd like someone to give me a paid job!
