Retired from the services of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in 2008 as Environment Policy Specialist. Previously taught and conducted research in Uganda, Nigeria and USA.also worked for the Uganda Cooperative movement as Director, Cooperative Reform and Development, at the Uganda Co-Operative Alliance Ltd. (UCA).
