Feature Your Project

We've all had good projects, we have complicated projects, and we have projects that we dream about doing. This is where we can share projects. Maybe we'll inspire another group member; maybe a member will offer the golden key we've been looking for.

I have a project on the estimation of carbon storage and sequestration of various tree farms and agroforestry systems in Arakan Cotabato Philippines. I used field sampling and modeling in the conduct of the study.

Hi everyone,

My name is Netanya, I am currently taking the OL 341 course. I'm working on my "virtual" project right now, looking at clean cookstoves in rural Liberia. The idea is to produce and sell locally, bring in funds to local communities, work with local families, and also provide good quality products that local women will want to use, consulting with them along the way. I want to hold training sessions and workshops and also promote the stoves as much as possible.

Does anyone have any expertise in something like this? Any good resources to share?

thanks!

Netanya

Evolution = Revolution
My private research over the past 20 years has yeilded a rather statling conclusion. That there does exist a real and visional opportunity to lucratively change transport into a form and processes which are ecologically and environmentally sound.

That the cost in transforming some of the materials of highways into that very limited and reduced provision of a permanent pipe, is significantly less. WHile in apractical application of reliably known abilities allowing transport to become accomplished with out it energy and resource consumptions, accidents, or congestion.
My gross cost revenue analysis suggest the energy efficiency values re 5 times greater than is the spoending on highways.
That an implementation would be more than lucrative and wildly beneficial. I am wanting to develope a presentation to property developers who understand the reliability of increasing property values along an implementation. to create the worlds first string of trully sustainable communities.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

One important key to successful projects; is the participatory approach where all stakeholders' identify, contribute, implement, monitor and evaluate from the ground level - up.Tim Magee has the tools to set out World Class projects impacting greatly on rural and international developments.
