Hello, I am developing a Project in Bangladesh and one of my main focuses is a health and hygiene program with a main emphasize on point-of-use water treatment. Within this program I wrote a field guide on using the SODIS method and I am right now developing a lesson plan to conduct a workshop in the community itself. Has anybody yet had any experience with using SODIS and how this method is accepted within different communities and how successfully it really is? - I am also very interested in other point-of-use water treatment methods and their advantages and disadvantages and the experience you might have made using those within different communities. I’d appreciate any kind of feedback. Thanks!

Using moringa seeds to clarify muddy water. Crush Moringa oleifera seed kernels, mix with dirty water, wait while impurities bind to seed particles and settle to the bottom, and then pour off clarified water.

Is this a safe method for families ?
