CSDi Development Community

I belong to a team from Uganda, India, Colombia and the Philippines. We are developing a project on health, sanitation and water for 280 households in the villages of Adoku and Abaliyep of Serere District in Uganda.

As I mentioned to Tim, I've noticed that problems like access to clean water, health issues, food security, vulnerability to climate change are shared by many marginalized communities all over the world. And the diversity of solutions that have been proposed by many development workers is encouraging. I guess while many of these can be replicated in many communities, some of these are also context-specific. Still, I am confident that solutions are out there for the communities and people we care for.
